About this work

A vibrant residential mural inspired by the diverse plant life and visual character of the Southwest. Cacti, agave, prickly pear, flowering plants, and decorative pottery are arranged throughout the composition, using expressive color, shading, and painterly detail to create a whimsical interpretation of a desert garden. Existing architectural features—including the window, shutters, doorway, lighting, and surrounding wall—are incorporated into the composition, allowing the painted environment to interact naturally with the home itself. The result blends botanical imagery with expressive, decorative elements to transform the exterior into a colorful desert garden.
