About this work

A nature-inspired mural centered around a sprawling tree whose exposed roots surround a heart at its base. Organic, twisting branches stretch across the wall while birds move through the surrounding space, connecting imagery of earth and sky. The visible heart and extensive root system transform the tree into a symbolic figure, exploring themes of life, connection, growth, grounding, and the relationship between the physical and emotional self. Painted directly onto the textured block wall, the loose, expressive brushwork allows the architecture and natural surroundings to become part of the composition.
